Extremely disappointed

I ordered this cookbook simply because there are not too many cookbooks out there for halogen wave cooking what a great let down, most of the recipes are for those who enjoy cooking british style, suggest for the american recipes try another cookbook, I have do not have much choice but to order a different cookbook hope I am not disappointed again. Good luck in your search.

I was a little disappointed with the cookbook. It seems to have been published in England and the
recipes would reflect that. There were quite a few that just would not appeal to me. I would like
to find a more "Americanized" cookbook to use with the oven-I bought a digital Secura oven.

Not much help to me

I have been using this type of cooking for about 5-6 years and am looking for some new recipes. While this book give a good description of the oven and how it is used, the recipes all seem to call for use of cassaroles and/or other equipment as well as preprep done on the stove. How about recipes that are done directly on the racks provided or in the bowl itself? There are ingredients that I have never heard of and some I just wouldn't use. Unfortunately, I feel this was a waste of my money and just not worth it for 1 or 2 recipes.
