A versitile book up there with Yan Kit

I really like this book in that much like Yan Kits book, it is authentic and covers much of the country, even Hong Kong in this book.
Full of simple delicious meals with a favourite being General Tangs chicken and spicy szechaun beancurd. Some recipes you will have seen before but this one steers clear of your standard chiene takeout recipes (honey chicken, omlette and the like).
Overall small, illustrated nicely, good instructions and a good book.
